About Us
Our Vision
The property business allows for those involved to be very creative and versatile in finding and implementing opportunities. We strive to find opportunities that provide win-win scenarios for us, investors, the contractors that work for us and our clients living in our homes. Every aspect of this business is about service delivery and doing everything we can to ensure a good deal for all parties. This not only means that we can build longstanding relationships built on trust, but it means we all get to use these opportunities to build our own positive futures hopefully having a positive impact on the world and people around us. We like property because it’s a fantastic vehicle for achieving our objectives, but we’re also just passionate about property.
Our Journey So Far...
For four years we have rented out a single buy to let property that has had full occupancy during this period. Following twelve months of training, through various professional property educators, we are now building up our business, including our first house as a House of Multiple Occupancy and a house conversion into three flats. Our education has included various property strategies, deal analysis, joint venture programs, commercial conversions, landlords accreditations and project management. We are also on a well-established mentorship programme with mentors of over a 100 years experience collectively. More recently we are members of the Leicester Property Network administration team, just one of the property network groups that we attend. Through training, networking and our wider association, we now have access to a vast amount of knowledge and experience across various property strategies. This is a great support for us in learning and development from both the good success stories and the avoidance of mistakes made by others.
Giving Back
We are passionate about wildlife and conservation. Our long term goal is to work within / alongside established conservation projects and eventually create our own. We believe that property will allow us and others to bring about positive change.
